Refund Policy

 

All purchases made through Fennel Financial Coaching (“FFC, LLC,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), whether via our Website or third-party platforms such as Etsy, are subject to the following refund policy:

 

1. Digital Products (Shop and Etsy)

All sales of digital products offered through our Website shop or on Etsy are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading a product, or if you believe you have received the wrong file, please contact us at jeannette@fennelfinancialcoaching.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

 

2. Coaching Services

All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. By purchasing coaching sessions or packages, you acknowledge and agree that FFC, LLC has a limited number of client slots and that your payment secures a spot in the schedule and availability of the coach.

In the event that FFC, LLC ceases operations or otherwise terminates the coaching relationship prior to the completion of prepaid sessions, any unused sessions will be refunded to the Client on a prorated basis.
