FFC, LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make as a result of your participation in coaching services.
4. Payment and Refunds
Coaching Services: All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. In the event that FFC, LLC ceases operations or terminates the coaching relationship, any unused sessions will be refunded to the Client on a prorated basis.
Digital Products (Website and Etsy): All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at jeannette@fennelfinancialcoaching.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, audio, video, and software, is the intellectual property of FFC, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FFC, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, lost profits, or data, arising from your use of the Website, coaching services, or products.
